主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入常规护理及术后并发症观察

本文总结年1月~年2月66例DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层覆膜支架植入术护理经验，并发症5例（7.6%），包括术后支架近端逆行性夹层而导致冠脉严重缺血死亡1例、脑梗死1例、截瘫1例、左上肢缺血1例、内漏1例。死亡率1.5%（1/66）。65例随访6个月~1年，支架无移位，无严重心脑血管并发症。

Inthispaper,wesummarizedthenursingexperienceof66casesofDebakeytypeⅢaorticdissectionreceivingoperationofpercutaneousstentimplantationfromJanuarytoFebruary.Complicationsoccurredin5cases(7.6%),including1caseofprogressedaorticdissectionleadingtodeath,1caseofcerebralinfarction,1caseofparaplegia,1caseofleftupperlimbischemiaand1caseofinternalleakage.Themortalityratewas1.5%.Allofthe65caseswerefollowedupforsixmonthstoayear,withoutstentdisplacementandseriouscardiovascular
